UX Design Lead
Led the end-to-end redesign of a professional loan portal for a private bank, replacing an outdated platform that relied heavily on manual processes and phone calls. Kicked off with a discovery phase including voice-of-the-customer interviews and persona development, then drove the design from sitemaps and user flows through lo-fi wireframes to hi-fi prototypes.

Major Telecom - Streaming Service Website
UX Designer
Redesigned the marketing website for a major telecom's new streaming product launch. Conducted competitive landscape research, created lo-fi sketches through hi-fi mockups for both mobile and desktop, and established the brand color palette for the new product. Ran usability testing with real users to validate designs and delivered a fully clickable prototype presented to the client team.

Designed a public-facing reporting website and an internal agency data-ingestion application with distinct supervisor and employee views for a state institution. Led a product discovery workshop covering personas, HMWs, and ideation, then ran prioritization sessions to scope features within a tight timeline. Delivered hi-fi mockups optimized for WordPress integration, custom iconography, and a clickable prototype the client used to demo to senior government stakeholders.
